The Fuse en concert le samedi 21 septembre 2024 à 20h30, à L’Esprit M – Bar Resto moto, pour le concert de la rentrée.
The Fuse is a cover band, mainly rock.
In December 2009, Cyril decided to leave his band of the time and form his own group. He was immediately joined by his brother Yannick on drums and Stéphane, a bass-playing buddy he'd been playing with. The only thing left to do was to find someone to sing, and Cyril was desperate to find a female singer for a change from the Classic rock bands... It wasn't easy, but the first dates began and The Fuse emerged from the rehearsal room. Over the next 7 years, the band played one concert after another, having a great time in the region's bars and restaurants.
2017 marks a turning point for the band as Yannick and Stéphane decide to call it a day with The Fuse. Cyril and Andréa decided they couldn't stop there, and set about finding a new rhythm section. So, at the end of 2017, Fred arrived on drums and Lionel on bass, and the concerts continued with the new team!
Hard blow in 2018 with Andréa's transfer and therefore her departure from the group... but Fred finds by chance Déborah who will come and sing for 1 year with The Fuse. Déborah also moved to another region, and Stéphanie came to add the finishing touches to the current group.
The Fuse is now made up of Stéphanie on vocals, Cyril on guitar & backing vocals, Fred on drums, Lionel on bass & backing vocals.
The band's on-stage energy leaves no audience indifferent... Their repertoire is evolving, mixing rock classics like AC/DC and Led Zeppelin with more modern artists like Muse and Maneskin, and more unexpected covers like Nena's 99 Lufhballons or Kokomo's Last night a DJ Saved My Life.
With The Fuse, you're guaranteed an evening full of energy and the sharing of their passion for music!
We met The Fuse when they played their first concert at our place. It happened to fall on the birthday of Stéphanie, the band's lead singer. That evening, her parents had flown in from Marseille for the occasion, and we were lucky enough to witness a wonderful father-daughter duet. Touching, talented. The Fuse has its fans, and deserves to have more. Both humanly and musically, they are people to be reckoned with.
