Choose our 2024 cocktail menu.

Dimitri, our barman, is prolix and passionate! We asked him to prepare a menu of 15 cocktails... and here we are with 50 different proposals! 😱🥴🤪

We Need You, as Sam would say... Come and help us choose our 2024 cocktail menu.

The idea is simple: a €20 themed board of 10 mini-glasses to share. There are 5 themes to choose from: vodka, gin, whisky, tequila and rum. During the tasting, you can rate these cocktails using a QR code. The 3 most popular cocktails for each spirit will make up our 15-cocktail menu for 2024.

Classic, rare, fruity, colorful, dry, caffeinated, sweet, bitter, sour, strong in alcohol or milder, there's something for everyone. Come and treat your palates and classify them.

Dry January, or simply not in the mood for alcohol, you'll also have a choice of carefully selected softs: fruit juices from Ferme bio Margerie, syrups from Domaine Eyguebelle and our signature mocktails from L'Esprit M.

The Esprit M - Bar restaurant team will accompany you as you choose from our 2024 cocktail menu. For dinner in the evening, a special 2-year menu. Drinks include local beers and wines. The menu also includes carefully selected softs and in-house mocktails designed and created by our barman. You can also accompany your drink with our famous boards of regional specialities (charcuterie, cheese, mixed, vegan). To finish on a sweet note, you can try our homemade brownie, if you feel like it!
