Coming to L'Esprit M's 2-year anniversary festivities is also an opportunity to meet Philippe, blacksmith-cuttermaker, from the Atelier des 3 Forges. You've already had a chance to admire his superb creations at L'Esprit M, where his knives are on sale. We're delighted that you can now meet him to talk about his work.
Philippe will be present on Saturday January 27 from 11am to 6:30pm.
Philippe has set up his Atelier des 3 Forges in Drôme provençal. This is a real tourist attraction. Visitors can watch the blacksmith at work, visit his workshop and store, and even take part in a forge discovery workshop to learn how to forge their own knives and leave with a unique example.
We met Philippe a few months ago at a forging workshop. We hit it off right away, and have come to appreciate his work and his love of passing on his knowledge.
So naturally, we offered to distribute his knives in the L'Esprit M - Voyage à moto store. Philippe was immediately enthusiastic. He really liked the way we showcased his knives in the various L'Esprit M showcases.
During this weekend of festivities, among other events, you'll meet Philippe Villard, blacksmith and cutler. Plan to spend some time with him on Saturday, January 27, between 11am and 6.30pm. You can chat with him and admire his work.
The Esprit M - Bar Resto moto team will be with you all day long. In the restaurant at lunchtime, with a special 2-year menu. Drinks include local beers, local wines and house cocktails. The menu also includes carefully selected softs and house mocktails designed and created by our barman. Later in the day, when you're feeling a bit peckish, you can treat yourself to our famous boards of regional specialities (charcuterie, cheeses, mixed, vegan). To finish on a sweet note, you can try our homemade brownie, if you feel like it!
